Our hotel is located in the heart of Wrocław's historic Old Town, just 50 meters from the Market Square and City Hall. You'll find us at 2 Oławska Street.
2. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out ends at 12:00 p.m. Our reception is open 24/7.
3. Is it possible to have an early check-in and late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out depend on current occupancy and room availability. Additional fees may apply.
4. Does the hotel offer breakfast?
Yes. The hotel has a restaurant called Oławska 2, where breakfast is served. Special accommodation packages that include breakfast are also available.
5. What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served buffet-style in the hotel restaurant during the following hours:
Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
6. Does the hotel offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?
Our menu includes vegetarian and vegan options. Gluten-free items may be provided upon prior request.
7. Is a refund available if I cancel my reservation?
The hotel offers various types of reservations, including flexible and non-refundable options. The specific terms and conditions for cancelling a reservation depend on the selected offer. We encourage you to contact us for details regarding your reservation.
8. Is parking available?
The parking lot is located on 3A Szewska Street, about 150 meters from the hotel. The parking lot is monitored and costs PLN 100.00 per day. A parking day runs from 2:00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. the following day. We encourage you to check the details in the Parking tab.
9. Does the hotel allows pets? What is the cost.
Four-legged friends are always welcome at our hotel! The cost for one pet is PLN 50.00 per night. Additionally, a refundable deposit of PLN 250.00 is charged for each pet. The deposit can be paid either in cash or via pre-authorisation on a credit card.
10. What amentities are available in the room?
In our rooms, guests will find a workspace, coffee and tea-making facilities, a mini-fridge, towels, showe amentities, and a hair-dryer. Additionally, the closets are stocked with sewing kits, shoe brushes, and a paper laundry bag. Disposable slippers and other hygine items are available at the front desk.
11. What recreational facilities are available.

12. Is there a free Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel provides guests with free high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout the entire property.
13. Are rooms air-conditioned?
Yes, all of our rooms are air-conditioned. Each room is equipped with a control panel that allows you to adjust the temperature to your preference.
14. Up to what age do children stay for free?
Children 4 years old and younger stay for free if they sleep in their parents' bed.
15. Are baby cribs available?
Yes, upon request, we can provide a travel crib in your room. There is no additional charge for this service. The number of cribs is limited, so please contact the hotel front desk in advance..
16. Is it possible to add an extra bed? What is the cost for an additional person in the room?
In some rooms it is possible to accommodate an additional person on an extra bed. The cost of an extra bed is PLN 100.00 per night.
17. Does the hotel offer laundry service?
Yes, each room is equipped with a paper bag for laundry. The service is subject to a fee in accordance with the current price list, available at the hotel front desk.

Yes, the hotel is wheelchair-accessible. All common areas of the hotel are accessible to wheelchair users. Additionally, the hotel has 2 rooms that are fully adapted for guests with limited mobility,

No, the rooms are not equipped with an iron or ironing board.; however, there is an ironing room on the first floor with an iron, ironing board, distilled water, and a clothes hanger. There is no additional charge for using the ironing room.

Yes, the rooms are insulated and highly soundproof, which means that despite their location in the heart of Wroclaw's vibrant Old Town, our rooms offer peace and comfort.
21. Does the hotel offer housekeeping services, and what are the hours?
Yes, rooms are cleaned daily during your stay. Upon request, housekeeping can come to your room between 8:00 a.m. and 4 p.m. Rooms are usually cleaned after 10 a.m.
22. Is there a free luggage storage area available before check-in?
Yes, there is a luggage storage area at the front desk. Our guests can leave their luggage there both before check-in and after check-out. Luggage storage is free of charge.
23. Is there a safe in the room?
Safes are available only in Superior rooms. Valuables can also be stored in the safe at the hotel front desk.
